Nice, cosy, clean , 40 sq. meters apt. We are non smokers.





1 Living room with a convertible sofa, 1 bedroom, 1 fully furnished kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 wc. It can accomodate therefore up to 4 people.




The apartment is located on the fifth floor in a, quiet and nice residence with a very cool and cleared view. The building is taken care of by a concierge the whole week.

The apartment is well furnished : stove, oven, micro wave, dish-washer, washing-machine, stereo, 1 double bed, 1 convertible ...

-Wooden floor everywhere except tiles in kitchen, bathroom & restroom
- Central heating + hot water
-Internet and unlimited phone calls to US, Canada and Europe + other destinations.
- Sheets and towels.
- very sunny
- Our owner did up the flat as new just before we moved in, with very good taste.

The neighbourhood

The apartment is located in the 20th district, in a neighbourhood called Gambetta / Saint Blaise. It's a very dynamic, young neighbourhood. It's one of the greatest spots in Paris for concerts (la Maroquinerie, la Flêche d'Or, la Bellevilloise), cafés, restaurants, hip places like the Mama Shelter (2 minutes walk) and all sorts of nice little stores in rue des Pyrénées.
You are just fifteen minutes walk from the Parc de Belleville that offers one of the greatest view on Paris. Also ten minutes by bus, is "le Bois de Vincennes", biggest parc in Paris. Very closed by bus are also "les Buttes Chaumont" Le Père Lachaise is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
